Qualifications

• Higher professional or university education, preferably with a technical background
• Experience working with computers and computer programs such as MS Word and Excel
• Solid analytical skills to track down the source of problems or to get to the root of the customer’s wishes and translate it into a usable solution
• Works accurately and pays attention to detail
• Is a teamplayer, but is also capable of working alone
• Good communication skills, including spoken and written proficiency in Dutch and English
• Prepared to work longer hours when necessary
• Must be able to provide a certificate of good conduct

Responsibilities
This is related to creating digital documents:

• Analyze customer requests
• Creating and editing functional designs
• Creating documents based on functional designs in Document Composing programs
• Perform system tests on the documents that have been built
• Monitoring deadlines
